Service you car at Perodua Service Center, Right now


bila dah ada kereta ni banyak benda kena belajar, kena buat sendiri
dulu masa tak ada kereta, main pinjam aje kereta mama. usung ke sana ke mari
tak pernah tahu menahu pun kilometer cukup tak untuk service, tak tahu butang
dekat dashboard tu main function dia tuk ape. main tekan sahaja.

sekarang dah masuk 5 bulan si putih myvi menjadi peneman ke mana sahaja kite pergi,
tak boleh ambil ringan pasal service dah. Boleh bergaduh dengan abah oooo kalau ambil
endah tak endah, kalau dah melewatkan tarikh service. tengoklah kereta abah macam
mana bukan main kemas lagi, macam baru beli. service tip top!

untuk yang tak pernah tahu mengenai service kereta ni, ada dua cara kita
boleh tengok dekat sticker service. samada melalui due date service atau pun kilometer.
Untuk first service, kilometer kereta haruslah masuk 1000km dan second service 5000km
dan seterusnya (rujuk buku panduan).
tapi ada juga kereta yang jarang berjalan jauh mcam kereta kite, kilometer belum sampai
target tapi due date dah sampai. What comes first, u have to follow that. So, kereta kite
belum cukup 5000km untuk second service (baru 3+++) tapi disebabkan due date adalah
30/10/2012 terpaksa juga hantar si puteh ke service.

oleh yang demikian, due to yesterday appointment with Perodua, hari ini pukul 8:15am
dah sampai di Perodua Service Sungai Lalang. Service untuk kali kedua dan first ever
experience sebabnya service kali pertama adik yang tolongkan. so let us see how this young
women gonna tackle this little thing from start to the end.

jejak kaki ke dalam office, hanya sorang lelaki aje yang ada, the rest belum masuk kerja
lagi. so kite beri salam, senyum tikit then tengok dia cool aje, okeh he'll be my victim.
He is such a gentle service advisor. very soft spoken in asking this and that about the car.
so right after question and answer section, after checked any left belonging in the car, he
promised to call me back upon everything finish up.

adik take me off to office, melakukan kerja seperti biasa. Kemudian dalam 9:40am
petugas tadi call semula inform kereta sudah siap dan boleh diambil. Luckly abah mama
on their way to Yan, guna laluan yang sama. Alang alang menyeluk pekasam, kite tumpang
sekali untuk ambil kereta.

sampai terus melangkah menuju the same person in charge, dia pun senyum then ajak
kite ke bahagian lain. agak surprised juga bahagian mana lagi, rupaya kaunter pembayaran.
Ingatkan direct bayar dekat awak. hu.hu.hu. Bagusnya service siap teman ke kaunter lagi,
bahagia rasa bila ada peneman. Dia suruh duduk, tapi seganlah nak duduk sedangkan dia pun
berdiri, dan orang kaunter pun berdiri. Sementara tunggu cashier print out bill, sembang
sikit sikit dengan lelaki tu and he wondering why customers refused to have a sit when
there is a chair provided. and my answered sound like this. Its weird to see only me
sitting on the chair while both of you standing at all time.

Cashier showed the amount need to pay which is RM100.65 =.=' ouch ouch why
so expensive? after pay out, the cashier gave me a token resemble where i need have
to put this token into one of the three glassware. first glassware shown rating 8, second for 9
and last one shown 10. This is how the customers evaluate
the service given by Perodua staff from the first i stepped into the
office until the last payment. since i felt everything was so nice, everything was so
satisfied and the men so soft spoken and there is no reason for me to no me to put the token
into the max, 10. Good job Perodua. Me heart you so much.

That is the end of the task for this young women today. She had passed second service for
her lovely car. Alhamdulillah.
